Polyamidoamines are made from the reaction of higher ethylene amine i.e. tetraethylenepentamine with a fatty acid such as Tall Oil Fatty acid. Poly amidoamines are basically mono-adducts of polyamine with TOFA and having higher molecular weight than polyamine and therefore longer reaction rate but Polyamide are bi-adducts with even bigger molecular weight and thus, reflect higher viscosity and also longer pot life. Poly amidoamines are curing agents for ambient temperature applications.
Poly amidoamines form a low viscosity and exhibit good adhesion especially to concrete, corrosion resistance, lower odor and are able to cure under humid conditions.

AP 5500
Solvent Free
Low viscosity, better penetration in concrete and load more filler, moderate pot life. Noncritical mixing ratio. Good adhesion to concrete.
2
AP 5501
Solvent Free
Modified, accelerated version of AP 5500. Cures under humid conditions. Very good adhesion to concrete. Exhibits good chemical resistance.
3
AP 5503
Solvent Free
Faster gel time and thin-film cure time than either AP 5500 or 5501.
4
AP 5160
Solvent Free
Low viscosity, long Pot life. Crack injection, casting, electrical potting, flooring, heavy-duty floor patching compound, crane rail grouting
